who desires all men to be saved and to come unto a full experiential knowledge of truth (1 Timothy 2:4).
Our lives are to be tranquil and well-ordered as we walk in godliness and reverence. This kind of life creates opportunities to share with others the reason for our hope, for it is God’s desire that all be saved. Godliness is a manifestation of the life of God displayed through us when we frame our minds on things above, seeking to fulfill the desires that come from the Spirit.
Since God desires that all men be saved, let us take every opportunity to shine as luminaries in this dark world, so that we may be ready vessels whenever God chooses to use us to proclaim the gospel of Christ’s death and His resurrection three days later, as we provide others with the opportunity to take God at His word and be saved.
