Galatians 3:29
Memory Verse
And since you are of Christ, then you are Abraham’s seed, heirs according to promise, Galatians 3:29.
The grace believer does not become a Jew, whether physical or spiritual, for the Church does not take the place of Israel. In Christ, there is neither Jew nor Gentile because the wall of separation has been removed (Galatians 3:28; Ephesians 2:14). God took from the two and made one new man (Ephesians 2:15). The nation of Israel still possesses the land promises given to Abraham (Romans 11:26). Promises that do not belong to the Church (Hebrews 8:6). Therefore, the promise Paul references is not land, health, wealth, or happiness, but the promise belonging to the singular seed who is innumerable and will possess the gates of His enemies (Genesis 22:17). This seed is Christ (Galatians 3:16). Those of the Church are heirs according to the hope of eternal life (Titus 3:7).
