You (God) arrange a table in a legal defense before me in a conspicuous way before my enemy, Psalms 23:5.
“Arrange (ערך)” is to set in order. In the book of Job, “arrange” is used regarding setting forth a legal case, Job 13:18. Job prepares his case and knows that he will be vindicated. In Job’s groaning, he expressed his desire to present his legal case before God, Job 23:4.
God will arrange the works of the wicked in a legal case against them, Psalm 50:21.
God arranges the legal defense of David’s house, justifying His covenant with David, 2 Samuel 23:5.
A Psalm of David.
The LORD is my Shepherd, I will not decrease.
In pastures of young grass, He causes me to lie stretched out.
Upon a resting place of waters, He leads me. My soul, He restores.
He leads me in the tracks of righteousness on account of His name.
Yea, when I walk in a valley of a deep shadow of death, I will not fear evil, because You are with me.
Your rod (correction[1]) and Your staff (protection[2]), they will comfort me.
You arrange (legal defense) a table before me in a conspicuous way before my enemies.
You anoint my head with oil. My cup is saturated.
No doubt (surely), goodness and kindness will pursue me all the days of my life and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for the length of days.
Psalm 23 is a song of David used to express his understanding of God’s protect and guidance in his life, while conveying that his righteousness is based upon God’s justification, not his works.

I would love to have a table like that one. It looks like an environment that would be so natural for me to enjoy.
