The textual cross-referencing w/ Job 2:1 and the Jude 6-7 parallel really clarifies the angelic interpretation. I hadn't thought about the Genesis 3:15 angle before, but framing the fallen angels' actions as a counterstrike against the promised seed makes alot more sense of the timing. Augustine's Sethite theory always felt off to me becuase it requires reading "sons of God" differently in Genesis vs Job, which seems inconsistent. The point about angels possesing physical bodies (Genesis 18) is a solid rebuttal to the standard objection.
